Bankruptcy discharged one year, no problem, if you have some new credit lines established.
2) No, little cash would not be a hindrance if you learn creative finance. It’s done every day, nationwide. We find there is more money available than deals, regardless of our own money or credit.

My husband and I filed for bankruptcy in 1996. Can we still get financing for a home? Would this make it difficult for us to become realestate investors, if we have little cash to use now?
