depending on your state’s system they will either sell tax deeds or tax lien certificates. They are usually advertised in the local paper a month or more before the sale. Purchase a book called “The 16% Solution” by Moskowitz. Also check out these sites, taxsales.com, investorsnet.com, taxlien.com, johnbeck.net. Hope this helps.
Someone told me you could go to the courthouse and search for people who are way behind on their taxes and purchase their property. Is that true? If so, how would I go about it?
