In SO CA, I am interested in looking into possibility of acquiring a small MHP. However it seems that I have to go out further in desert for reasonable deals like in 29Palms, Helmet, Barstow. However those areas also have a lot of parks so more competition I presume.
Should I try to do it closer to cities and pay for higher price, but get higher rents and better tenant owners?
