Hello Michael,

I have read of putting mobile homes on land. Some folks have been quite successful at this. Otherwise, it seems like a large $$$ outlay to build new houses.
Check the mobile home forum.

Anybody pursue this strategy? Would be interested in hearing about it if so. Any resources on the matter would be appreciated also. Typical profit margins?
