About 80% of the material found in the lease/option course is not in the ARF course. More specifically, the paperwork and detail on the resale side of a lease/option is covered in the course.

I have completed Bronchick’s Alternative Real Estate Financing and am about to start my program of buying Sub 2 and resell LO. I have experience in buy/sell but not in LO and wondering if his course in Lease Options will help or is just a lot of duplication of his Alternative Real Estate Financing.
Someone PLEASE give me an opinion.
