Most of my forms are fine for NY (on the CDs there are state specific
deeds, mortgages, etc). You need to be aware of local disclosure rules.
Also, it is never a bad idea to review forms with your local atty to make
sure they are good for the particular types of deals you are doing and
the way in which you are doing it.

your contracts in your courses need to be modified for N.Y?
If so, are there big changes or small ones?
