Two totally different issues, Kevin. Real estate agents list and sell
houses. Investors buy and sell houses on their own accord. You can
do both, but getting a license isn’t worth the headache unless you plan
on also using your license to generate additional income while you
work the real estate biz.

Can you elaborate on your $395 course? I’m sitting on a fence. I am contemplating either going for a realtors license or flipping houses. Time is against me. I read through your green book about house flipping which I purchased at Office Depot. It was interesting.
