Check with your local Office Max and ask for a Purchase
Agreement designed with your State Statutes in mind.
Read all you can on these Real Estate websites.
Inspect the home thoroughly … BEFORE MAKING AN OFFER
Check out comparables in the area.
Check with City Planner about future growth and
assessments
Compare homes SOLD in the last 3-4 months.
Review Sellers Disclosure to see what need fixing.
Alongside your name on the top of the Purchase Agree-
ment add in “and/or assigns” if you’re considering
reselling the property right away.
Ask for 6-8 weeks from Purchase Agreement to Closing.
Build in some ways out:
“Subject to financing at ___%”
“Subject to partner’s approval”
“Subject to inspection”
etc.
Closing costs vary…negotiate them.
