Check with your local Office Max and ask for a Purchase
Agreement designed with your State Statutes in mind.

Read all you can on these Real Estate websites.

Inspect the home thoroughly … BEFORE MAKING AN OFFER
Check out comparables in the area.
Check with City Planner about future growth and
assessments
Compare homes SOLD in the last 3-4 months.
Review Sellers Disclosure to see what need fixing.
Alongside your name on the top of the Purchase Agree-
ment add in “and/or assigns” if you’re considering
reselling the property right away.
Ask for 6-8 weeks from Purchase Agreement to Closing.
Build in some ways out:
“Subject to financing at ___%”
“Subject to partner’s approval”
“Subject to inspection”
etc.
Closing costs vary…negotiate them.

does anyone knows where can a i find a sample of an offer, or whats the best way to write an offer, what things should be taken into consideration, any help on the subject will be greatly apreciated, thanks in advance
