All three lease option courses are good from three guys who are actually doing these types of deals. I have Bronchick’s course.

I am going to purchase a L/O course and was wondering if anyone had any information (good or bad) about the following courses: Joe Kaiser, William Bronchick, Claude Diamond. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks.
