I have been studying this site now for years. Ive been reading the amazing testimonies of people just like me investing in real estate and making a pretty good living. I was wandering however, would it benefit me to go ahead and get a real estate lisence? I am looking into some online training, but the only reason i would take it is to learn more about real estate so i could invest in property for myself. What should i do? I have never invested in property, but i want to really soon?
