Good legal ROT (rule of thumb) is that the older a case gets, the colder it gets so probably not to be sweated seriously.
Another ROT, if THEY have a lawyer, you need one to defend it.

I was trying to buy a house in PA and the mortgage fell through. My contract cleary states if I am not able to get the mortgage I will be able to get good faith statement money back. The sellers of the house filed a case in court and lost. They were told the money in escrow is to be given back to me. They just filed again to appeal the decision. What are my chances of winning again? I did not have a lawyer the first case and won. Do i need to get a lawyer this time?
