before buying a mobile home already setup in a park,you should contact police or maybe even asking in the park you are thinking of buying in if it’s a safe or good neighbor-hood to live in,don’t make the mistake i and a few friends have,we found out after moving in how bad oak hills mobile home park was,and we did ask the manager if it was bad but got a reply of it was a family park and the people are all good neighbors to have.now it’s under new owners however the manager is the one we had when we moved in there.if you do decide to live there make sure to use your deposit for the last months rent or you will be like us trying to get it back,and it’s now 3 months later.

I dont know where oakhills is. If you want to complain do so to local people not people who live all over the country.
