No, not likely you do nothing down. They are already through foreclosure and are now listed by the banks that took them back with real estate agents. The banks wants cash now for these.

Real Estate agent gave me a list of bank REO’s one bedroom, one bathroom co-ops, prices are 32,000, 19,000,and 20,000. Can the nothing down deals apply here? Can someone please help me ASAP, agent is taking me to see the properites on Monday . Thanks in advance
