Well, how bad is your credit? We have a program for people who have had a BK, but still need to see the credit. If you are below 500, chances are slim. Look for someone that you can partner with or someone in your family with good credit.

I had a chapter seven bankruptcy, released from it in 2000. After that got divorced, had new truck was repo’d due to divorce. I have very, very little credit trying to fix all the damage. My question is: how realistic is it for me to try to get into the real estate investing? I’m 26, make good money just lack the credit. Would i still be eligible for a now down payment, or need cash up front? What kind of interest rate can i expect do to credit? Any info on this matter is greatly appreciated. Thanks
