Ken, I use Grand Canyon Title Agency, Inc. Look in the back of the white pages for an office near you. Their main office phone number in 468-7777. Make sure and ask for the investor rate.

I’m looking for a good title company in the east valley in Phoenix. I’ve used two so far, (1 for my home and another for my 1st rental) but didn’t much like either one.
Any suggestions?

For what it’s worth, I’ve been using Security Title
Agency for the last four years and have been happy
with their service (266-3213). I believe they have
offices through out the Phoenix area.
