I own a 55+ in Arizona, I can probably give you some insight into this.

Attracting retired tenants
We have a 60 unit MHP. 10 spaces are RV only. Most of the rest of the park is singlewide mobiles. We try for monthly to long term space rentals on the RV spaces. As mobiles pop up for sale, we would like to attract seniors to move in.
Has anyone tried any senior promotion ideas.
Some ideas that we are thinking about are advertising in AARP, maybe free space rent for one or two months. AARP member discounts.
Any ideas would be helpful.
