Hello,
Returning to Atlanta in July with my fiance to begin full time investing. I have designated the month of August to locate and secure a lease/optioned property that we can occupy from September. There are loads of properties on the Atlanta mkt right now (looking primarily Cherokee, Cobb, N Fulton Counties) but I am not sure my expectations are reasonable.
Can I do all this in one month?
