Hi, I am assuming the mortgage on a pre-foreclosure property that either my family is going to live in, or I will sell. The mortgage is with Ameriquest. They told me I have to file an Assumption Deed. I am hoping someone here can help me with a form for this. Can anyone here help me with this?
