I found an ad in the newpaper on a FSBO for an investment house. Present owners bought on a 2 year land contract @ $856.00 monthly. Willing to sell either on a land contract or a Lease/Option. Is there any paper deals here? What would be the next step? Sorry, for ignorance but looking for a deal and don’t have a clue! Ordered study materials but waiting for arrival. Just very hungry for some fast cash.
