Check out www.gareia.org . This is the largest club in the U.S., with +3000 members (most of those rotate in and out and never buy their first house)

I will likely be moving to the atlanta area soon and I was wondering if anyone knows of any investor clubs in that area so I will be able to learn the area easier. thanks
