I have the chance to purchase my first property, however, the seller informed his agent that the first mortgage has a due at sale clause. The agent told me if I find a way around this clause, he is willing to sell at my offered price. A local investor mentioned a subject to deal clause, but I’m not familiar with this. Can someone please inform me what this means? Also, maybe if you have some other creative ideas, I’ll be glad to hear them.
