Hello to all, I really appreciate your site.

I am not of US descent, and do not carry a US passport. I am planning to enter the US as a tourist to do what you guys do… America is still the land of dreams, the American dream. Many of your forefathers were alien immigrants as well and look how well they did.

I would like to know, can I do exactly what you guys do or is there anything stopping foreigners from buying properties? I would love to live in the US.

I am 24, young and brash. But at least I have desire and will work hard.

yes, you can invest.

but, there are a number of disclosure requirements with which citizens/residents do not have to deal.

you need a CPA experienced with the FIRPTA rules to help you.
