Hi.
I’m trying to get more aggressive with selling my rehabs. Currently, I’ve got a large 4’x6’ banner on one of my houses. It’s very noticeable and has been getting a couple of calls a day for the last week.
I also had the thought of sending out postcards and wonder if anyone has tried this method. I was thinking of sending around 3000 postcards to people around my subject property. The postcard would give the address, approximate amount of the monthly payment, a short list of what was done to the house and a picture.
Certainly, it can’t hurt, but it will likely be somewhat costly. Just wondering on any others results out there.

have you thought about sending flyers through a distributing company? We have one here that charges 4 cents for each flyer and can do entire zip codes or sections of zip codes. Depending on how fancy we want to get with the printing, it costs as low as 5.9 cents for each printing AND distributing.
