Starting this new post because when I searched under “Cleveland” the newest post I found was from 2002. Is there anyone in or around the Cleveland area that is or was a Carleton Sheets student? Perhaps it would be beneficial to exchange ideas.

I am in Akron/Canton area, I have his course and found it to be helpful in starting out - right now (after a 3-4 year absence) I am getting back into real estate again, so I’ll be consulting the books/tapes and also reading the posts here as well.
