This book is highly regarded in the industry. I have a copy and reference it on a regular basis. Despite the name, much of the information applies to other States (especially trust deed states). The book is endorsed (on the back cover) by: Robert Bruss (Nationally syndicated R.E. columnist), John Reed, and cited in Newsweek, April 1986 in an article by Jane Bryant Quinn. It is well worth the $23.50 price
