I’m buying a property in NJ where the mortgagee for the second mortgage attached to the property is in Tampa, FL. She has already agreed to my offer of $1750 (original face amount is $7k but I offered her and her ex-husband $1750 each). But my NJ attorney feels better if he was to deal with her attorney at this point. She doesn’t have one so I’m looking for an attorney for her. I’m also going to pay her legal fees (I always pay the legal fees for the seller and mortgagee when applicable.) and my attorney can attest to this.

I just need the name and number of an attorney she should call and I’ll forward the contact information to her.
