One of the largest sources today for non-recourse financing is national conduit lenders…Morgan Stanley, UBS, etc. etc. Depending on the property specifics you may be able to interest them in financing it. However, since I know nothing about your deals I can’t say if it would qualify or not.

Does anybody have any suggestion as to what firms are good Non-Recourse Lenders? I know of a couple of opportunities with investment quality tenants. My fico is around 610, so i need loans that would be based on the tenant’s credit…
Any help is greatly appreciated…
