I go to the Universtiy and I know of some people that do this with houses and rent them out to college kids. There are a ton of opportunities there and probably even at iowa state.

I am from Iowa, and I was wondering if there was anyone in here that is from Iowa. I wanted to know how they have done here in Iowa with REI. My wife and I are looking to get into Real Estate Investing, and we was wondering how this business does in Iowa.
