Well I’m getting my team together, and I’m trying to find a few local hard money lenders in my area (Miami FL). I know how to find them, but I highly value the opinions of forum members here.

Anyone have a local lender in South Florida they like working with?

Try Equitymax out of Ft. Lauderdale Contact Brad Emmer at (954) 267-9103. Tell Brad Emerich Sent you, I am their Ohio branch representative. They charge 15% and 3 points w/ high LTV.

Simplex Mtg Brokers. My contact is Bob Small. 954-785-3900, cell 954-415-0106. They charge 3 points and 1.25% per month. I have used them and they closed a deal for me in 48 hours and it had title problems! Tell him Don Coughlin referred you.
