between 22 and 26- I’m not sure, exactly. Several deals were cash deals… Those $100 referral fees have worked really well for us.

we started last April and had to put in a LOT of time learning the business, exploring parks, talking to people, and learning how to negotiate deals. Now, we only put in a few hours a week because most of our business is through referrals. You may be a lot brighter than I am (which wouldn’t be a huge accomplishment!) and able to master the business with a smaller investment of your time…
