Any time you deal with a realtor and you want the seller to carry some paper you will get the response that you got. Realtors by nature and with their limited exposure to creative financing will always and I mean just about 100% kill any deal with other than conventional financing.
The solution is not to deal with them. You need to be able to sit at the seller’s kitchen table belly to belly and discuss how you can solve their problem.
When you make an offer through a realtor, your creative offer will never get presented in a favorable and positive way. You need to only deal with sellers.
IM looking to invest in FT Myers and or Cape Coral Florida. As soon I ask if the seller will hold any paper, I get a cold shoulder from the realtor. IM in Chicago Illinois. I will be moving to Florida in a year or two.
Could anyone recommend a Realtor in Lee County {Buyers Broker} Or a Realtor that is familiar in this type of deals?
