Why would anyone submit your offer if you don’t have any money??? The second realtor must not understand that, and if the listing agent has your NAME and sees it on a contract, don’t you think he’ll notice???

What I think is, you need to read all of Steve Cook’s posts below, especially the one related to dealing with RE agents.

House was listed for 133,000 vacant for 6 months is a REO.
Lowered to 128,900 last week. Realtor says he would present a offer of 120,000 because of my strong financial situation.

When I reminded him that I was an investor with no money of my own for this deal, he would not return my calls for more info on the property.

Anyway… I have another realtor that I can use to present the offer.

I have never wrote an offer on a REO … What do ya’s think?
