We are new to this, but have been immersed in educating ourselves. We are ready to get out there, but would appreciate any feedback to point us in the right direction for our situation.

Ages 34 and 25, still renting ourselves. No savings. Poor credit. Would like to FIRST creatively buy our first home. We would then, or at the same time, begin investing. Is there any alternative route to just going out and finding a cash laiden partner? We would like to flip some first to get ourselves out of debt, but then invest for the long haul in rental or L/O deals.
