Get the Sunday paper - check out the local rental ads, if they are not identified by a real estate agent. Give the investor (owner) a call. Be up front, tell him/her that you want to get into the investment field and ask, ask, and ask. I have found, you will get some that will answer every question you could ever ask, some will hang up. I have CS, and would like a good follow up course. Looking primarily at purchase of MF for rental, can do a little re-hab and have started talking to a real estate agent, don’t know any investors, would like to get into flips and or re-hab/LO.
Not interested right now in mobile homes, VA/FHA/repo, buying paper (until I learn a little more)
