You can either “group” the records by week or you
can “untag” the records you don’t wish to mail to.
Check your manual for “group” or “grouping” and also “tag/untag” - I cannot remember
the exact sequence to do it.

I’m trying to put together a database of people to mail to. I’d like to send them letters at intervals. For example I may have a group of fsbo’s that I want to send letters to week 1, week 2, and week 4. How can I set this up so that I can always add to week one and shift people to a week two status that won’t interupt the people I havn’t mailed to in week two already. Sounds confusing and it is.
How do you guys handle this? I have some ideas how it can be done but I’m sure there’s a right way to do it. Thanks for the help.

I’m trying to desgin a post card in Publisher 2000, then merge names from ACT 2000, can’t make it work, not sure if it has to do with the field codes or what, but if anyone else has figured this out let me know also. I know Word will work, but I would like to use Publisher if possible.
