what about the chamber of commerce for the area? they usually know about new businesses coming to the area.

Hi All,
I am about to close on my first commercial property, but as yet have no tenant. The property is listed with a reputable commercial agent in town and there is activity.
Can you suggest ways to further market the property. I feel as though I should be able to assist in some way.
