Serial numbers on many older homes are stamped into the steel of the tongue or hitch.
Check with the governing authority in PA about abandonment titles. There is usually a process to be followed to claim title by abandonment for lot rent/storage fees etc.

Hello all -
I am involved in a park in PA and we have a hand full of trailers that the former owner left in the park. The problem is these trailers have no vin #'s. Anyone know the process to obtain title for these trailers. Most of the trailers can be fixed up and resold, or even rented if we had a title to get a c.o. Any input is appreciated!
