A few questions about flipping contracts - Posted by Terell

Terrell,

You should contact an attorney to find out what additional forms may be required in your state.

For example, if the house was built prior to 1978, you are required to have a lead based paint disclosure. Your state also might require other disclosures or disclaimers.

A few questions about flipping contracts - Posted by Terell

Posted by Terell on April 04, 2006 at 03:46:14:

Hi,

I’m new to real estate investing. I was looking to get started with no money so I decided to try flipping contracts. I have all the basic information regarding flipping, I am just a little confused about some things. first, are the contract of purchase and the assignment of contract forms all I need as far as contracts go? I just need some help if someone out there is willing to help me out with some of this stuff I would greatly appreciate it. I learn very fast. but it is so much junk on the Internet. I’ve got a lot of stuff figured out but I need someone to fill me in on some of the vague points. I don’t want to get into any legal trouble. I have spent countless nights on the Internet trying to piece together this stuff, so if you want to help me out, please email me at notebroker0079@cs.com

THANKS a lot

Terell

For the best help I have seen, go to networthusa.com, click on opportunity. If you like what you see, email me at faultine.rodgers@med.navy.mil. There is a small fee, but you can make that back in your first deal.
