Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone has used the 5 day method for selling rehab/wholesale properties. I usually run a handyman special ad in the paper or go to my buyers list. It seems that the 5 day method is for retail scenarios.

I have a property in my portfolio right now (vacant 2 family in decent neighborhood) that needs much work, that I would like to wholesale. I am considering using the 5 day method and I am wonering if I could expect the same results as a nice home ready for retail? Any thoughts or comments are appreciated.

I tried the 5 day method with not so good results. Our property was fixed up and looked great inside. Everyone that came to the sale thought they were going to purchase the property for what it was listed at in the paper.
This was my experience. I was not real happy with the results after spending all that money on advertsing.
