Part A: Does anybody use a phone script when answering calls that respond to my business card or bandit flyer saying “we buy houses”? If so, would you please share?

Part B: Any suggestions or courses or practice material on training my mind to develop create financing scenarios? This post is tremendous, and I’m amazed at the number of alternative deal making possibilities, but for some reason I struggle to follow or I can’t develop any of my own, or maybe I’m just a newbie and don’t know nuthin’.
