2- and 3-member LLC’s - Posted by rm

I’m looking for a resource that can point out do’s and don’ts for setting up a multi-member LLC’s.
Will be setting a few up on a per-transaction basis, ie, we’ll do one deal at a time inside the LLC, see how we like working together, and then see if we want to do the next, etc.
Here’s what we’re looking at doing:
The type of transactions we’ll be doing are light-to-heavy fix and flips.
I find the deals, negotiate and close them.
The partners fund the acquisition, manage the fix-up.
I market the finished product, negotiate and close the sale.
Any other considerations/input is welcome.
Thanks.

You might also want to check out www.altacian.com. Also consider using a Sub S corp for a series of flips. Good luck , Garrett
