i am currently managing a property in the philadelphia area … I have the opportunity to buy the building from the current owners , below are some of the details
.
the property is a 14 unit…it has 3 frontages…and the property is shaped like the letter U…the property consists of 4 large 1 bedroom apts…and 10 large 2 bedrooms…
All the units have their own hot water tanks and ( weill mclain ) boilers!!
10 of the units have their own water meters too
there is a small parking lot in the back that can fit about 8 cars…
avg RR is 600 per apt…price 700 k. . There is an onsite super at the bldg
tax 550 month
water 165 month
insurance 500 month
no gas and no elec

any ideas ,
