I suggest you contact an excellent exchange intermediary for you local. If you cannot locate one, contact your title company. They should be able to recommend one, and probably have on of their own.

This intermediary will answer all of your questions for free because they want your business. Exchanges are a very lucrative business for them.

I am currently selling an 880,000 property and will be getting 20% down. Owner financing will be over a 10 year period. How do I handle a 1031 exchange, or can I if I owner finance the sale?
