I’ve found the majority of lenders offering 100% LTV can be found at my area’s monthly RE meeting. Just last month we had 4 lenders advertising their services - 2 were offering 100% and the other 2 were offering 95% LTV. Check out your investors club in your area - I suspect you’ll find the same.
