There are two houses on this same lot.
One has a market value of 125k. 2BR Just needs ext. paint and rents for $875.
the second is a 1910 victorian. 4BR. needs paint and carpet and has been a rental before, so it is up to code. Its market value is 150k. It would rent for $1200 easy.The seller is asking 200k for both. Market value would be 275k for both. Will this help with the loan. After expenses it would cash flow for $200 a month. Please give advice for financing
